About the Client

The Client is a UK-based cybersecurity firm specializing in Autonomous Integrated Security solutions. The Company provides a system that shares attack intelligence across email, web, and cloud applications to support rapid, continuous protection against cyber threats.

Objective

The main objective of this project was to maintain and enhance the existing main dashboard application that manages the company's integrated security operations. The focus was on addressing a backlog of tasks that included both maintenance and development of new interface features to ensure the system remained effective against evolving cyber threats.

The project focused on maintaining and enhancing the Client’s main dashboard application, which supports the management of integrated security operations.

The work addressed an existing backlog that included both maintenance tasks and new interface development. The goal was to improve the dashboard’s stability, usability, and operational effectiveness while supporting the Company’s ability to respond to evolving cyber threats.

Our development team, proficient in ExtJS 6.5 Classic, undertook a dual approach to tackle the challenges presented by the company:

• Maintenance and debugging - We systematically addressed existing issues within the dashboard to improve stability and functionality. This involved rigorous debugging and refinement of the current codebase to enhance performance and user experience.
• Interface development - In parallel, we designed and implemented new interface features that enhance the capabilities of the dashboard. This included developing intuitive user interface components that allow more efficient management of security alerts and operational data.

Result

The improvements made to the dashboard have significantly improved the efficiency and responsiveness of the company's cybersecurity operations. The enhanced interface now facilitates quicker response times and more effective management of security data, providing the company with a superior tool to combat cyber threats dynamically.
